Alpha-isophorone added with the aid is subjected to isomerization reaction in a tubular reactor in a pressurized high-temperature manner, reaction liquid is subjected to reduced-pressure rectification to obtain a beta-isophorone product, the product content is greater than 99.5%, a basic catalyst is not used in the reaction, and the retention time of the reaction liquid at high temperature is shortened by using the aid and optimizing the reactor, so that the yield of the beta-isophorone is increased, and the yield of the beta-isophorone is increased. The product stability is improved, heavy components are prevented from being generated, the yield of the beta-isophorone product is larger than 99%, and industrial production is better facilitated.
