Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a self-boring tool and a self-boring process for a thrust package of a speed reducer special for a single-screw extruder, and belongs to the technical field of special speed reducer machining. The supporting seat is used for fixing the self-boring mechanism; the tensioning assembly is used for fixing the supporting seat on one side of the output shaft of the speed reducer; and the self-boring mechanism rotates along with the rotation of the output shaft of the speed reducer through the supporting seat. The process is based on the tool, a numerical control system is adopted, automatic feeding of the tool rest in the self-boring mechanism is controlled and achieved through accurate positioning and calculation of the numerical control system, and therefore rough machining and finish machining instructions of the thrust package are completed.
