Zusammenfassung: | According to the high-stability copper-based catalyst for catalyzing the acetylene hydrochlorination reaction, coconut shell activated carbon is used as a carrier, copper salt is used as an active component, and a coordination agent containing an electron withdrawing group is introduced; the catalyst is prepared from one or more of N, N-chlorosuccinimide, tetraethylammonium perchlorate, tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate, 18 crown ether 6, 8-hydroxyquinoline, 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate, iminodiacetonitrile and iminodiacetic acid, and the coordination agent and metal ions of the active component generate strong coordination to anchor the active component, so that the activity and stability of the catalyst are improved. The catalyst is used for acetylene hydrochlorination reaction, has the characteristics of good catalytic stability, high acetylene conversion rate, good VCM selectivity, simple preparation process and the like, and has a good industrial application prospect.
