The three-dimensional electronic endoscope comprises a first objective lens group, a second objective lens group, a first curved surface image sensor, a second curved surface image sensor and an image processing unit, the first objective lens group and the second objective lens group are used for collecting light of a target object; the curved surface image sensors are used for receiving light projected by the corresponding objective lens groups respectively; the image processing unit is used for receiving the electric signal generated by the curved surface image sensor and generating a three-dimensional image of the to-be-detected part; the two objective lens groups are symmetrically arranged in parallel about a central axis, and exit pupil centers of the two objective lens groups are respectively overlapped with the circle centers of the corresponding curved surface image sensors; the two objective lens groups can rotate in a first plane; the |
