The olive beverage is prepared from the following raw materials: olive juice, mandarin orange juice, black tea soup, cane sugar, honey, microcrystalline chitosan, polyphenol oxidase, vitamin C, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, an emulsifier and a stabilizer. The dosage ratio of the microcrystalline chitosan to the polyphenol oxidase to the vitamin C is (1-3): (0.8-2.4): (3-4).
