Zusammenfassung:A hydrodynamic focusing device, preferably implemented as a microfluidic device, comprises: a first flow channel (4); a smaller second flow channel (8); an encapsulation region (12) coaxially connected between the first flow channel (4) and the second flow channel (8); and a flue (14) comprising a body (16) and a sample fluid inlet (18), the flue extending from a preferably inclined wall (20) delimiting the enclosure (12) and into the enclosure (12).
