Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an online customer service system and method based on a 5G message and VoLTE, and relates to the technical field of online customer service. Comprising an intelligent call center AICC, a 5G message network and a VoLTE network. The AICC comprises a WebRTC module, a message module and a seat management module; the WebRTC module is connected with a user terminal through a VoLTE network to carry out audio and video communication; the VoLTE network transmits audio and video data between the user terminal and the AICC; the message module establishes connection multimedia communication with a user terminal through a 5G message network; multimedia files are transmitted between the 5G message network user terminal and the AICC; and the seat management module allocates online customer service to the user terminal. According to the system, the VoLTE and the 5G message are combined to realize a voice video and multimedia text communication mode, so that the processing efficiency of the seat is eff
