In the hold time detection sensor, a first adjustable delay module is used for adjusting first transmitting clock delay from a signal source to a clock end of a first transmitting register and second transmitting clock delay from the signal source to a clock end of a second transmitting register; the second adjustable delay module is used for adjusting first capture clock delay from the signal source to the clock end of the first capture register and second capture clock delay from the signal source to the clock end of the second capture register; and the third adjustable delay module is used for adjusting first data delay from the output end of the first transmitting register to the data end of the first capturing register and second data delay from the output end of the second transmitting register to the data end of the second capturing register, so that retention tim
