Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an imaging system and method. The imaging system comprises a positioning image acquisition unit used for acquiring a positioning image of a scanned object; the monitoring slice image acquisition unit is used for determining a key point corresponding to the position of the target region of interest in the positioning image by using a neural network, and acquiring a monitoring slice image of the scanned object at the position of the key point; and the target region-of-interest segmentation unit is used for segmenting a target region-of-interest on the monitoring slice image. According to the method, the position of the monitoring slice can be accurately obtained, and the target region of interest can be accurately segmented through cascaded coarse segmentation and fine segmentation.
