Method for detecting bacterial endotoxin in triamcinolone acetonide injection

The invention relates to a method for detecting bacterial endotoxin in a triamcinolone acetonide injection, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the triamcinolone acetonide injection by using an organic solvent and inspection water, the organic solvent being selected from any one of methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol and dimethyl sulfoxide; step (2), taking the dissolved triamcinolone acetonide injection as a test stock solution, diluting the test stock solution with inspection water, and determining the concentration of an organic solvent adopted when the dissolved triamcinolone acetonide injection is used for bacterial endotoxin detection; and (3) dissolving the triamcinolone acetonide injection by adopting an organic solvent aqueous solution with the determined organic solvent concentration, and detecting the bacterial endotoxin in the dissolved triamcinolone acetonide injection.
