Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cylinder straightness in-situ self-calibration measurement method based on a laser Doppler velocimeter, which adopts the laser Doppler velocimeter to determine a measurement area, and enables a workpiece on a machine tool to be measured on line in the measurement area. Compared with a traditional measuring method, the method has the advantages that the radius of each section of the workpiece is measured firstly, so that the straightness and the taper of the cylindrical part are determined, and the method is not affected by error motion of the guide rail, has a self-calibration function, is high in measuring accuracy and can give the absolute radius of the workpiece.
