The invention discloses a construction process for early warning cracking of a composite conductive asphalt pavement by sensing optical fibers, and belongs to the technical field of conductive asphalt road engineering, the construction process comprises the following construction steps: S1, construction preparation: controlling the elevation of the pavement, and mixing composite conductive asphalt concrete which is carbon fiber-graphite conductive asphalt concrete; s2, positioning devices are installed on the two sides of the road, and a first layer of composite conductive asphalt concrete is laid between the positioning devices; s3, optical fibers are laid on the first layer of composite conductive asphalt concrete; s4, installing an electrode by using a positioning device; s5, paving a second layer of composite conductive asphalt concrete on the first layer of composite conductive asphalt concrete; s6, performing compaction operation on the composite conductive asphalt pavement; and S7, surface layer mainte
