Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of steel rolling, and particularly relates to a method for reducing hot-rolled surface warping of antimony-containing acid-resistant steel. The method comprises the following steps that molten steel is subjected to continuous casting, a plate blank is obtained, and the molten steel is prepared from, by mass, 0.06%-0.08% of C, 1.3%-1.5% of Mn, 0.3%-0.5% of Si, 0.0005%-0.0010% of B, 0.1%-0.2% of Sb, 0.01%-0.02% of S, 0.00005%-0.0001% of Ti and the balance iron and inevitable impurity elements; and the plate blank is subjected to heating, rough rolling, finish rolling and coiling, and the antimony-containing acid-resistant steel is obtained. Through interaction of all the components, Sb interface segregation and b element metal state precipitation are reduced, and therefore antimony-containing acid-resistant steel hot-rolled surface warping is reduced.
