The hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate is prepared from the following substances through reaction: polyhydric alcohol taking isocyanuric acid as a core, at least one diisocyanate and at least one acrylic acid hydroxyl ester. Wherein the polyhydric alcohol taking the isocyanuric acid as the core is prepared by taking triglycidyl isocyanurate and diethanol amine as raw materials and carrying out reaction.
