The device comprises a texture address generator, a texture cache controller and a texture filtering adopting device, the implementation method comprises the following steps: a texture address generator receives a texture sampling request from a GPU programmable shader, performs detail level calculation, anisotropic calculation and texture coordinate conversion, sends processed data to a texture cache controller for classified extraction and transmission of texture data, and sends a texture sampling task to a texture filtering sampler; and the texture filtering sampler extracts the texture data from the cache according to the texture sampling task, carries out filtering sampling processing, and finally sends the texture sampling data to the programmable shader.
