The method comprises the following steps: automatically auditing the accuracy of the DET number, the RET number and the FTR number of function items in a software project function point FPA table according to a preset auditing rule; and/or automatically auditing the accuracy of the complexity of the function items in the FPA table of the software project; and/or automatically auditing the accuracy of the function points corresponding to the complexity of the function items in the software project work FPA table; and/or automatically auditing the accuracy of the function types of the function items in the software project FPA table; and/or automatically auditing the rationality of the function points of the function items in the FPA table of the software project.
