The method comprises the following steps: firstly, randomly generating an initial population according to a set initial iteration parameter; calculating an adaptive value of each individual in the population of the current iteration round, finding out an optimal solution of the current population, obtaining a population similarity coefficient of the current population, and determining a corresponding mutation operation mode; then carrying out crossover operation to obtain a crossover operation result; generating an updated population by adopting an error performance index ITAE according to the fitness function; and finally, when the current iteration round is judged to be the maximum iteration number, calling an ant colony algorithm to calculate a global optimal path.
