The method comprises the steps that first point cloud data, second point cloud data and the running speed of a target vehicle are obtained in the running process of the target vehicle, and the first point cloud data are obtained by sensing a first target area through a millimeter wave radar installed on the target vehicle; the second point cloud data is obtained by sensing a second target area through a laser radar installed on the target vehicle, and the first target area and the second target area are partially overlapped; based on a first point cloud speed corresponding to the first point cloud data, determining a second point cloud speed corresponding to second point cloud data, the first point cloud data including the first point cloud speed; and converting the second point cloud data based on the second point cloud speed and the operation speed to obtain target point cloud data.
