Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a magnesium alloy surface composite anticorrosive coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of material surface modification protection. The coating is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 83%-90% of Al powder, 9.5%-15% of Al2O3 powder and 0.5%-2.0% of graphene oxide powder in terms of 100% of raw material composition. According to the coating, graphene oxide is firstly coupled with part of Al powder to obtain graphene oxide coated Al composite powder, then the remaining Al powder, Al2O3 powder and the graphene oxide coated Al composite powder are evenly mixed and then sprayed on the surface of the magnesium alloy in a cold spraying mode, and the coating is formed by compounding Al, Al2O3 and graphene oxide. The coating can achieve an excellent anti-corrosion effect on the magnesium alloy.
