Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a metal organic framework coated barium titanate/ferroelectric polymer composite dielectric thin film material and a preparation method and application thereof.According to the preparation method, barium titanate is coated with a metal organic framework material, on one hand, inorganic nano barium titanate ceramic filler can be evenly embedded in the metal organic framework material, and on the other hand, the ferroelectric polymer is coated with a ferroelectric polymer; furthermore, the dispersity of the inorganic ceramic filler in a ferroelectric polymer matrix can be effectively improved, and the phenomenon that the inorganic ceramic filler is easy to agglomerate in an organic polymer matrix is greatly overcome; on the other hand, the metal organic framework material is excellent in insulating property and better in compatibility with the ferroelectric polymer, and the breakdown field strength of the whole composite material system can be improved.
