The magnesium-lithium alloy and aluminum alloy composite part comprises a magnesium-lithium alloy layer, an aluminum alloy layer and an auxiliary connecting layer, the auxiliary connecting layer is located between the magnesium-lithium alloy layer and the aluminum alloy layer, and the auxiliary connecting layer is made of Zn; an Mg-Zn intermetallic compound layer is formed between the magnesium-lithium alloy layer and the auxiliary connecting layer through vacuum diffusion connection, an Al-Zn intermetallic compound layer is formed between the aluminum alloy layer and the auxiliary connecting layer through vacuum diffusion connection, and the magnesium-lithium alloy layer, the auxiliary connecting layer and the aluminum alloy layer are metallurgically bonded. According to the composite part, pure Zn is adopted as an auxiliary connecting layer between the magne
