The welding material is composed of conductive powder and a fluxing agent; the mass percentage of the conductive powder in the welding material is 80-92 wt.%, the conductive powder is low-melting-point alloy powder or a mixture of the low-melting-point alloy powder and silver powder, and the mass percentage of the silver powder in the conductive powder is 0-8 wt.%. The low-melting-point alloy powder is adopted to replace or partially replace the welding material of silver powder, the effect of conductive silver adhesive can be achieved, the material cost and the welding temperature are reduced, the problems of brittle chips, subfissure and the like caused by thermal stress are reduced when the prepared assembly is welded at low temperature, and the assembly is higher in bonding strength and welding stability. 本
