Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultrathin precise stainless steel band. The preparation method comprises the following processes: (1) primary rolling: continuously rolling a steel band for 9-12 passes; (2) primary annealing: annealing at the temperature of 800-880 DEG C; (3) secondary rolling: continuously rolling for 4-6 passes; (4) secondary annealing is conducted, specifically, annealing is conducted at the temperature of 1050-1120 DEG C; (5) withdrawal and straightening treatment is conducted, specifically, straightening is conducted with the elongation of 0.3-0.7% and the tension of 700-800 N/mm; and (6) heat treatment: annealing at the temperature of 500-550 DEG C to obtain a heat-treated steel strip.
