The invention provides a mechanical aerosol device in the technical field of fire extinguishing equipment. The mechanical aerosol device comprises a spraying assembly used for receiving an ignition signal to control an ignition agent and enabling aerosol smoke to be sprayed outwards, and a spraying channel is formed in one side of the front end of the spraying assembly; the device is characterized in that the device further comprises a smoke expanding assembly which pushes and extrudes the spraying channel in a reciprocating mode to discharge smoke, and the smoke expanding assembly which enables the smoke to be distributed in the circumferential direction of the spraying channel is installed at one end of the spraying assembly; the mounting assembly is arranged at the other end of the spraying assembly, wherein the spraying assembly is elastically mounted during smoke discharging action; and the transmission assembly is used for connecting the cigarette expanding assembly with the mounting assembly in a trans
