Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving the survival rate of hirsutella sinensis infected hepialus armoricanus larvae. The method comprises the following steps: fumigating to-be-injected hepialus armoricanus larvae with nitrogen, then injecting hirsutella sinensis spore liquid into the hepialus armoricanus larvae from the backs of the belly feet of the last but one pair and the back of the belly feet of the last but one pair by using an injection needle, and placing the larvae in an environment of 10-13 DEG C for culture and observation after injection is completed. It is found for the first time that compared with an abdominal injection method, a back injection method is adopted to inject hirsutella sinensis spore liquid into hepialus armoricanus larvae, the survival rate of the hepialus armoricanus larvae can be remarkably increased, and the equivalent larva stiffness rate is kept. Compared with a chest injection method, the back injection method can improve the survival rate and the stiffness rate o |
