Local processing image data compression method

According to the image data compression method based on local processing, image blocks which are difficult to compress are extracted in advance through local processing, compression and information hiding are carried out on the image after proper processing is carried out, a few key image blocks are processed, and the overall image compression effect is improved; the thought of performing compression hiding after partitioning, judging and preprocessing is reflected, the image data compression performance is improved, and a new technical approach is developed for practical application of an existing satellite data compression technology. 本发明提出了一种局域处理的图像数据压缩方法，通过局域处理事先提取难于压缩的图像块，进行适当处理后再对图像进行压缩以及信息隐藏，处理关键少数图像块提高整体图像压缩效果，体现了分块、判断、预处理之后进行压缩隐藏的思想，提高了图像数据压缩性能，为现有卫星数据压缩技术的实际应用开辟了新的技术途径。
