According to the structure, units capable of independently controlling phases in the orthogonal direction are mainly provided, reflection phases in two directions are controlled through two diodes in each unit, the phase difference of the x axis and the y axis of the unit structure is +/-90 degrees, only linear polarization feed is needed for achieving circular polarization, different structures are used, and therefore the x, y and y axes of the unit structure are different, and the phase difference between the x axis and the y axis of the unit structure is +/-90 degrees.
