Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an on-orbit event arrangement and resource allocation planning method based on hierarchical optimization, and the method comprises the steps: S1, building an on-orbit resource allocation model for a spacecraft according to the consumption characteristics of measurement and control resources and human-hour resources of the spacecraft; s2, constructing a solving strategy of the on-orbit resource allocation model; s3, establishing an on-orbit event planning model of the spacecraft based on the planning demand and the constraint condition of the spacecraft for executing the on-orbit event; and S4, constructing a hierarchical optimization scheme of on-orbit event arrangement and resource allocation, and performing hierarchical optimization on the resources allocated by the on-orbit resource allocation model and the execution time of the on-orbit events output by the on-orbit event planning model based on the hierarchical optimization scheme to complete the arrangement of the on-orbit event
