Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a marine environment and animal behavior monitoring system and method, and the system comprises a floating body electronic cabin which is used for obtaining the monitoring data of a marine environment and animal behaviors; the release device is connected with the floating body electronic cabin and is used for separating the floating body electronic cabin from the marine animal after the acquisition of the monitoring data is completed; and the fixing device is connected with the releasing device and is used for fixing the monitoring system on the marine animal.
