The anti-bleeding concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500 parts of Portland cement, 300-1000 parts of water, 1-20 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 1-50 parts of fumed silica and 1-30 parts of the anti-bleeding polymer.
