Intelligent material matching system and method for lithium battery

The invention relates to an intelligent material matching system for a lithium battery. The intelligent material matching system comprises a pole piece transmission line, an image acquisition unit arranged on the upstream of the pole piece transmission line and a control unit in signal connection with the image acquisition unit, the control unit is used for acquiring a pole piece image and identifying flaws; calculating a first coordinate of each flaw in the pole piece; aiming at each roll of pole piece, the control unit is also used for calculating the length of the waste material which can be generated by each flaw distance at different cell slitting lengths, and accumulating the length of the waste material to obtain the total length of the waste material generated by each roll of pole piece at different cell slitting lengths; the control unit is used for selecting the corresponding battery cell slitting length when the total length of the waste materials is minimum as the target battery cell slitting leng
