The invention discloses a plate type phase change energy storage refrigeration dryer. A plate type heat exchanger packaged with a phase change energy storage material, a drying filter, a condenser, a compressor, a hot gas bypass valve and a throttling element are sequentially connected through a conveying pipe. The phase change energy storage material has the characteristic of high latent heat, contains a high heat-conducting medium, and has the advantage of good heat-conducting property. Through conversion from a solid state to a liquid state, the phase change energy storage material can absorb heat in compressed air to cool the compressed air, loads of the compressor and the condenser are reduced, and the purposes of energy conservation and consumption reduction are achieved. When the phase change energy storage material is completely liquefied, the phase change energy storage material can be converted into a solid state again through refrigeration of the compressor and the condenser.
