The invention discloses a screen mounting arrangement in a cleaning system of an agricultural harvester. A screen assembly for use in an agricultural harvester includes a cleaning boot having a pair of opposed side rails; and a screen removably mounted within the cleaning boot against the side rail at a selected location. The screen has an upstream end defining at least one first sloped surface and a downstream end defining at least one second sloped surface. The cleaning boot comprises: at least one first engagement surface for engaging the at least one first inclined surface; and a pair of bolts, each bolt being pivotally attached with respect to a respective one of the side rails and engageable with a respective second inclined surface.
