The connecting shell comprises a hollow cylindrical shell base, a first cylindrical connecting base and a second cylindrical connecting base, wherein the first cylindrical connecting base and the second cylindrical connecting base are connected with the two opposite side faces of the side wall of the hollow cylindrical shell base in a penetrating mode. The two ends of the transmission shaft are rotationally connected to the first cylindrical connecting base and the second cylindrical connecting base respectively, and the transmission shaft is connected with a first gear; the tail pull seat is connected to one axial end of the hollow cylindrical shell seat; the outer pipe is connected to the other axial end of the hollow cylindrical shell seat; the lead screw is arranged in the outer pipe in a sleeved mode, and one end of the lead screw is connected with a second gear meshed with the first gear.
