The amphiphilic conductive agent and the hydrophilic conductive agent are prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 30 percent of three-dimensional graphene, 1 to 10 percent of metal conductive nanoparticles, 1 to 5 percent of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), 1 to 5 percent of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (W-PVA), 60 to 80 percent of water and 0.1 to 1 percent of water-based additive.
