Moreover, the series conductive layers and the first insulating regions form a contact overlapping region in a stacked state, so that when the second conductive layer is etched in the manufacturing process, the conductive region of the first conductive layer can be effectively protected, the conductive region is prevented from being damaged to influence the function of the thin film photovoltaic structure as an electrode, and
