The method comprises the following steps: case grouping: dividing case groups into case groups and control groups according to a collection and arrangement standard; in-group SNP variation data integration: a VCF file stores variation results obtained after the whole sequencing data of the case group and the control group are compared with reference genes, and the SNP variation data of the case group and the SNP variation data of the control group are integrated respectively; calculating the variation number of each SNP in the integrated data; and calculating the variation number of each SNP variation of the case group and the control group in each group.
