Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for detecting acetaminophen and a detection method thereof. According to the electrochemical sensor, nitrogen vacancy carbon nitride and silver/multi-walled carbon nanotubes are used as composite sensitizing materials, a molecularly imprinted membrane (MIP) is used as a specific detection and recognition assembly, an electrode modified by the composite sensitizing materials and the MIP is used as a working electrode, and a three-electrode system comprising a reference electrode and a counter electrode and an electrochemical workstation form the electrochemical sensor for detecting acetaminophen. The acetaminophen drug can be detected on the sensor with high sensitivity and specific selectivity by using differential pulse voltammetry. The sensor provided by the invention has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, low cost, high efficiency, high sensitivity, high selectivity and high stability in analysis and detection of acetaminophen. |
