The embodiment of the invention provides assembling equipment for segmented blades of a fan. The assembling equipment comprises a first tool, a butt joint tool, a fourth tool and a positioning device. The first tool is used for supporting the rear end of the blade root section and providing adjustment of rotation of the blade root section around the axial direction of the blade. The butt joint position tool is used for butt joint assembly of the front end of the blade root section and the rear end of the blade tip section and comprises an assembly platform, a second tool and a third tool, the second tool and the third tool are arranged on the assembly platform, and the second tool is used for flexibly supporting the front end of the blade root section. Fine adjustment of rotation of the blade root section around the axial direction of the blade and overturning of rotation around the chordwise direction of the blade are provided; and the third tool is used for supporting the rear end of the blade tip section,
