The high-specific-capacitance carbonized degummed silk is obtained by degumming and carbonizing modified silk. The modified silk is formed by solidifying silk liquid secreted when matured silkworms cocoon after silkworm feeding ammonium molybdate or sodium molybdate. The specific capacitance of the carbonized degummed silk is greatly improved, so that the carbonized degummed silk has the potential of being applied to electrodes of flexible energy storage devices (such as capacitors, electrode plates, batteries and the like).
