Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for promoting lipopeptide production by co-culturing bacillus amyloliquefaciens and recombinant yarrowia lipolytica. The method comprises the following steps: (1) seed culture; (2) fermentation culture: inoculating the secondary seeds of the recombinant yarrowia lipolytica into a fermentation culture medium according to OD600 of 0.2-0.4, and culturing for 6-8 hours under the conditions that the temperature is 28-32 DEG C and the speed is 180-200 rpm; and inoculating secondary seeds of bacillus amyloliquefaciens according to the condition that the OD600 is 0.2-0.4, and fermenting under the conditions that the temperature is 28-32 DEG C and the speed is 180-200rpm. The method can effectively increase the yield of lipopeptide, and is simple and low in cost.
