According to the preparation method, the surface and internal pore structure and dimensional stability of the single-component polyurethane foam can be effectively regulated and controlled, and a new idea is provided for synthesis of the organosilicon surfactant for the single-component polyurethane foam joint mixture; meanwhile, the preparation method of the surfactant is simple, easy to operate and suitable for industrial production. 本发明公开了一种改性硅油、制备方法及其应用，采用烷基封端的烯丙基聚醚、未封端的烯丙基聚醚和芳香族烯丙基醚对含氢聚硅氧烷进行改性，得到式1所示改性硅油。本申请可以有效调控单组份聚氨酯泡沫的表面、内部孔结构和尺寸稳定性，为单组份聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂用有机硅表面活性剂的合成提供了新的思路；同时该表面活性剂制备方法简单，易操作，适于工业化生产。
