Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an ultraviolet light-controlled slow-release hydrogen sulfide hydrogel as well as preparation and application thereof. The hydrogel has a chemical structure as shown in a formula (I). The hydrogel disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method and mild in reaction condition, and has good stability and biocompatibility; under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the hydrogel can generate an active intermediate phenylthioaldehyde, and the phenylthioaldehyde reacts with amino acid or amine to release hydrogen sulfide; by controlling the illumination time, the release speed and concentration of hydrogen sulfide can be effectively regulated and controlled; after hydrogen sulfide is released, gel residues are kept in an original state and can be removed, so that the gel is non-toxic to biological cells.
