Non-porous molded carbon material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a non-porous molded carbon material and a preparation method thereof. The non-porous molded carbon material has the following properties: the non-porous molded carbon material has a regular particle shape, particles contain 5-50 [mu] m through channels, the specific surface area is less than 25 m < 2 >/g, and the crushing strength of the particles is 8-20 N/mm. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) gelatinizing glutinous rice flour and water, uniformly mixing the gelatinized material with baking powder, wheat flour and sesbania powder, and kneading to form a plastic body; and (2) sealing and storing the plastic body for a certain time, mixing and kneading the plastic body again, then carrying out extrusion molding, carrying out fumigation treatment on the molded substance under a sealed condition, and then drying and roasting to obtain the molded carbon material. The non-porous formed carbon material is low in specific surface area, particles contain large-size throu
