By means of the specific machining method, molded surface positioning tools used during foam machining can be reduced and omitted, especially for foam machining of complex molded surfaces, meanwhile, the requirement for machining machine tool equipment can be lowered, meanwhile, by adjusting and controlling machining parameters, the precision of the machined shape can be higher, and a target foam product better meets the design requirement.
