The method comprises the following steps of composite material heating, bending forming, water channel machining, water channel sealing, water inlet and outlet pipe welding, flange welding and pressing testing. Wherein the composite material comprises a stainless steel layer, a T2 red copper layer located in the middle layer and a carbon steel layer. The invention aims to solve the problems of long whole modeling manufacturing period and complex casting technology of the current casting method for producing the copper diversion trench or the copper steel diversion trench.
