The photosensitizer has a good photodynamic anti-breast cancer effect, so that the photosensitizer can be used for preparing photodynamic anti-cancer drugs. 本发明公开了一种光动力学疗法的光敏剂及其制备方法和应用，其是将藻蓝蛋白裂解物与Zn离子偶联而制得所述光敏剂。该光敏剂具有良好光动力抗乳腺癌的效果，因而能够用于制备光动力抗癌药物。
