Zusammenfassung: | The optical module comprises a heat dissipation base, a plurality of heat dissipation columns and a plurality of light emitting devices, the heat dissipation base and the heat dissipation columns are of an integrated structure, and the heat dissipation columns are erected on the surface of the heat dissipation base; the light emitting devices are arranged in the mode that the light emitting direction is parallel to the normal direction of the surface of the heat dissipation base, and the light emitting devices are arranged at the tops of the heat dissipation columns respectively. According to the optical module, a three-dimensional device arrangement mode is adopted, vertical light emitting of edge emitting devices is achieved, and the density and the heat dissipation effect of the devices are improved.
