The preparation method comprises the following steps: stabilizing metal atoms Fe and Ni by using a porous tungsten carbon material to prepare a bimetallic monatomic catalyst WCx-FeNi; then sulfur (S) and WCx-FeNi are mixed and subjected to heat treatment, and an S/WCx-FeNi composite material is formed; and finally, mixing with a conductive agent and a binder to prepare the S/WCx-FeNi positive electrode material.
