Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for identifying germplasm resources based on main components of SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) of RNAseq (Ribonucleic Acid seq) data and application of the method in chicken germplasm identification. The method mainly comprises the following steps: acquiring input RNAseq original data; performing quality control and filtering on the RNAseq original data to obtain clean reads; after genome comparison is carried out, repeated sequences are removed; sNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) extraction and quality control; carrying out discriminant analysis and identification on the principal components of the SNPs; the method designed by the invention can realize accurate identification of chicken germplasm resources. 本发明提供了一种基于RNAseq数据SNPs的主成分进行种质资源鉴定方法及在鸡种质鉴定中的应用,主要包括:获得输入的RNAseq原始数据;对RNAseq原始数据进行质控和过滤得到干净reads;进行基因组比对后,去除重复序列;SNPs提取与质控;SNPs主成分判别分析及鉴定;本发明设计的方法可以实现鸡种质资源的精准鉴定。
